Overview:

USDM.net used a holistic approach to assist the Greater Miami CVB (GMCVB) in promoting its festivals and events to consumers in key feeder markets. Various online tactics were incorporated to specifically target consumers with the highest probability to visit the destination during this time period. The GMCVB also assisted in promoting local partners with the integration of co-op marketing within all online components, which directly affected the businesses who participated.

Goal:

  • Promote Miami’s Festival Season to consumers in key feeder markets 
  • Collect Warm Leads (Vacation Planner Requests and Opt-ins for future remarketing)
  • Encourage word of mouth advertising
  • Drive Qualified Traffic to the www.miamiandbeaches.com and www.festivalseason.com websites

Results:

  • 10.9 Million brand impressions
  • 82,031 visitors to the web sites
  • 8,717 Opt Ins for remarketing
